Good read. I tend to agree that citrus fruits are high content in Vitamins. Only not oranges and grapes but also strawberries and Kiwi fruit.
With the tomato juice, it has a great benefits on health especially in controlling cholesterol where it contains Lycophene to help in lowering the risk of heart diseases.
