Losing weight is one to prevent snoring, I don't know about this because my husband he is skinny but he snores like crazy! I even pushed him or smacked him just to stop snoring but it doesn't work. What I do to get some sleep, i ask him to go downstairs to sleep on the couch. hehehe. what a good wife huh.

To prevent snoring, try losing weight, eating an earlier dinner, keeping your mouth closed with store-bought aids or using a nose-guard that discourages snoring. Sleeping on your side is better than sleeping on your back which tends to encourage snoring.

Agree ako dyan kasi since i came to australia i was putting on a lot of weight maybe because of the dairies since i love cheese so much and it's so affordable here too.... But lately i've noticed that i snored a lot so i started to worry because i've read an article before that snoring tells you that there's something wrong in your system....! Anyways, i started to control my diet and see to it that i also have enough exercise as well.... And you know what, lately i've noticed that i don't snore that often anymore....! Maybe, napahimbing lang ang tulog sa sobrang pagod dun sa exercise at kung ano-ano pinaggagawa kaya hindi na narinig ang sariling hilik he-he....! Oo, naririnig ko talaga sarili kong hilik kaya nagigising din palagi....!

Hala ka Oi,murag akong Banana kusog kaayo mo hagok,matang kong saba-an ko ako man mobalhin kay kapoy pamukaw. :-)I guess sa kakapoy sab niya permi sa work bah,pero dah layasan nako kay alingog-gog sa dalunggan, haappy Monday Dae Carlota. na oi pasensya kana sa call ganiha naputol ambot na unsa to siya.pero call lang ka nako ugma gabii nimo just to make sure naa ka sa inyong balay,take care always.

Di na natin mamalayan ang snores natin. Sabi sa anak ko I snores too. :-)

@ Lily => hehehe akoa ako man jud hapakon oi bangon na siya usahay balhin.
