I think it's the prerogative of the drug user about the actions to take before taking any medicines. The person has bipolar and she is a rational person. Even simpler medicine like Paracetamol or Ibuprofen, preggers hesitantly take those medicines. How much more is Topamax which is more complicated and has intense effect?
