Julie been bugging for hours that she want to go outside and play but there's no one she can play with. I told her she can't then she gave me such a smart mouth argued for half an hour until i gave up and said fine let's go bike ride then. I'm still mad and change my clothes and get madder. why? lower body! ewwwwwww...hehehe...

I found this lower body workout tips though of sharing with you guys.

For lower body workouts to tone your butt at home start at the bottom of your flight of stairs. Step up with your left leg and kick your right leg back. Contract your right buttock when you do this. Then repeat with the right leg and left kick. Do these exercises for five minutes to tone the lower body.
