Get enough sleep. This will help you to always look your best. Regular sleeping patterns help your body to effectively regenerate and feel great the next day!

It's one i need! Lately I haven't been sleeping good, the thing bothering me it's getting worst and I just don't know what to do. God please help me or give me a strength to voice it out.

Here's my horoscope for today 8-06-07, seems like it's right to it.

I agree enough sleep is a healthy thing to do but I don't have enough sleep. Kulang ako time.
